83 of Lima, Ohio died on Monday, December 19, 2011, at her residence in Lima, Ohio.
Born Friday, March 2, 1928 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late James Wright and Letha Conley Wright.
She married Robert A. Tippie on October 30, 1944 in Lima, Ohio. He preceded her in death on April 16, 1994. She was a homemaker. She loved to spend time with family, especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchild.
Surviving are a son, Robert W. "Rusty" Tippie of Lima, OH, daughters, Mary Lou Campbell of Lima, OH, Diane (Arvel) Noble of Lima, OH, Vivian (Lindon) Salyers of Lima, OH and Kathryn (Alvin) Wireman of Lima, OH; Nine grandchildren, Keith, Scott, Steven, Brittany, Joshua, Carrie, Matt, Lisa, and Andy; Seventeen great grandchildren-Kori, Kali, Alysa, Madison, Cheyanne, Dylan, Vinny, Kacie, Abigail, Rileigh, Stacy, Cole, Austin, Hannah, Jazlyn, Trey , Austin and one great great grandchild-Kaedyn; two brothers, James Wright of Prestonsburg, KY and Edgar Wright of Prestonsburg, KY, and five sisters, Sue Lyons of Lima, OH, Jane Hicks, Lora Whitaker, Martha Lester and Maragaret Richards, all from Indiana.
She was predeceased by six brothers.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at the Lima Freewill Baptist Church with the Pastor Ed Wireman and Brandon Wireman officiating.
Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, OH.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home,
