FLOYD WESLEY HOWDER, 65, died at 1:10 a.m. July 4, 2004, at Embracing Hospice Care, Atlanta. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hartford Cemetery, Lima. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, where arrangements are incomplete.
