Frances Junann Smith,

91, died at 9:28 PM on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio.

Frances was born on Monday, January 19, 1925, in Hardin County, to the late Jacob George and Martha June (Kuhn) Smith.

Frances is a former member of Columbus Grove Presbyterian Church, Shawnee United Presbyterian Church and an ordained Deacon of Presbyterian Church. She was a life member of Beta Sigma Phi Soroity and a Charter Member of Lima Civic Chorus. She formerly worked at United Telephone Company, Siferd Funeral Home and Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home and the Ohio Northern University Chaplains office.

She is survived by a niece, Karen Diane (Lawrance, Sr.) Cunningham of Lima; great niece -granddaughter, Courtney Cunningham; great nephew-grandson, Lawrence Cunningham; great great nephew - grandson, Mikhal Christopher Cunningham and great great niece- granddaughter, Brailyn Cunningham.

She is preceded in death by a sister, Mary Margaret Parker.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 PM on Monday, September 12, 2016 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio. Interment will be in Truro Cemetery, Columbus Grove, Ohio.
