Gladys Handley

Gladys M. Handley, 89, died at 5 p.m. Sept. 2, 2010, at Lima Memorial Health System. She was born Dec. 9, 1920, in New York City, to Albert and Gladys Graff Campbell, who preceded her in death. On Sept. 3, 1936, she married Albert M. Handley, who died Dec. 25, 2001. Mrs. Handley was a member of Christ Church Episcopal. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, George W. (Anne) Handley, of Lima, and Albert E. Handley, of Freeport, N.Y.; and four grandchildren, Will S. Handley, Ian M. Handley, Suzanne Handley and Heather G. Handley. Graveside services will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday in Westview Cemetery, German, N.Y. Condolences may be expressed at www.chamberlainhuckeriede.com.
