Gladys J. Jackson,
88, of Lima, Ohio died on Monday, November 5, 2012, at 8: 40 A.M. at Primrose of Lima.

Born August 31, 1924 in Glasston, North Dakota, she was the daughter of the late George Dickie and the late Annie (Clerihew) Dickie.

Gladys married Harry L. Jackson on November 8, 1947. He preceded her in death on October 19, 2007. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the VFW Aux; Eagles Aux; Life Member; Lima Memorial Hospital Aux.; Junior OCCL; Ohio Child Conservation League; and the Market Street Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are: two sons, John (Susan) Jackson of Elida, OH and Jeffrey (Peggy) Jackson of Lima, OH; 5 grand children, Dr. Kenneth & (Kendra) Jackson of Lima, OH, Michael (Kim) Jackson of Cincinnati, OH, Jeffery A. & (Laura) Jackson of Plainfield, IL, Craig (Kara) Jackson of Columbus, OH, Sarah (Greg) Berg of Huntsville, OH; 9 great Grandchildren, Aliana Jackson, Evan Jackson, Raymond Jackson, and Andrew Jackson, Harry Jackson, Joseph Jackson, Sean Jackson, Grant Jackson, Mason Berg; Step grandchildren, Angie Steman of Lima, OH, Tara (Andrew) Bahnsen of Bowling Green, 5 step great grandchildren, Christopher Walther, Kristen Walther, Jakob Bahnsen, Leah Bahnsen, Noah Bahnsen; a sister, Golda Bauer of Grand Forks, ND.

She was preceded in death by a grandchild Mary Jo Jackson; and a brother, Eldon Dickie.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at Market st. Presbyterian Church with Rev. Kerry Snyder officiating.
