Harold W. Fee

85, died at 1:39 PM on Friday, February 9, 2018, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.

Harold was born on November 17, 1932, in Lima, Ohio, to the late George Dean Fee  and Gladys  (Simpson )Fee.  On April 28, 1956, he married Leona "Lee" (Honigfort) Fee, she survives in Lima.

He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired from the City of Lima Utilities Department after 30 years of service. Harold was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church. He was a graduate of Central High School in 1952. He was active in Boy Scouting for over 50 years serving as a Webelo Leader and Scoutmaster with Troop 49, Venture Crew 8, District Committee, Advisor-Order of the Arrow, District Commissioner, and a Recipient of the Silver Beaver Award.

He is survived by his children, Sandra Fee, of Louisville, KY, Jeffrey (Leanne) Fee, of Elida, OH, Gary (Tamara) Fee, of Helena, AL, and David Fee, of Lima, OH; four grandchildren, six step grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, eight step great grandchildren; his sister, Mary Jane Piercefield, of Lima, OH, and a sister-in-law, Louise Fee, of Findlay, OH.

He was preceded in death by, a sister, Marie Leppla, and three brothers, Donald Fee,

George Fee Jr, and Richard Fee.

The family will receive friends from 3-5 and 6-8 on Monday, February 12, 2018,  at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio, followed by a parish wake service at 8 P.M.

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at St. Rose Catholic Church in Lima, OH.   Rev. Norbert Howe will officiate.  Graveside military honors will be conducted by VFW Post 1275.

Interment will be in Gethsemani Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
