88, died at 11:40 p.m. May 27, 2004, at her residence. She was born October 19, 1915, in Ottawa, Ohio to Maurice Edward and Clara E. Lammers Ducey, who preceded her in death. On July 23, 1935, she married Howard Snider, who died January 30, 1991. Mrs. Snider retired as a school employee in Toledo. She also drove a school bus. She attended St. Charles Catholic Church and Lima Community Church of the Nazarene and its Pace Setters Group. She was a member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine in Toledo, the Navy Club Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary and Women of the Moose. She was an associate member of the Blue Star Mothers of America Inc. Survivors include five sisters, Mary Lou (Robert) Coe of Perrysburg, Ohio, Esther D. Myers of Elida, Ohio, Elizabeth (Lyle) Stateler of Detroit, Michigan, Hilda Jean (Herman) Nitschke of East Port, Michigan, and Patricia Montgomery of Naples, Florida; a brother, Gary (Margaret) Ducey of Ottawa, Ohio; friend and caregiver, Marjorie Bryan; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, William Ducey and Donald Ducey. Interment of the cremated remains will be at a later date. There will be no visitation.
