Helen Jane Tucker
82, of Lima, Ohio died at 7:05 a.m. January 3, at Lost Creek Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom W. Tucker, Son Timothy A. Tucker, mother and father and multiple siblings.
Survivors include her daughters Pat (Al) Farmer of Lima, Ohio, Kay (John) Ream of Brookville, Ohio, Brother Jim (Shirley) Hartman of Fairborn, Ohio and three Grandchildren Sean, Kathleen and Ryan Thomas.
She loved to read and knit. She was a member of the Lima Area Telephone Pioneer Club. The club helped provide activities at a local nursing home. She was the treasurer for that club for 17 years.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Reverend Jim Hartman will officiate the service.
