Irene Brinkman

Irene A. Brinkman 86, died at midnight August 2, 2007, at Springview Manor Nursing Home, Lima, Ohio. She was born April 26, 1921, in Cloverdale, Ohio to Joseph A. and Theresia Becker Brinkman, who preceded her in death. Miss Brinkman had been a bookkeeper and sales clerk for Lima Medical Supply, for 40 years. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church. She enjoyed crossword puzzles. Survivors include several nieces and nephews; a brother, Raymond Brinkman, of Cloverdale, Ohio; and two sisters, LaDonna Eggeman, of Delphos, Ohio, and Martha Bibler, of Continental, Ohio. She was preceded in death by five sisters, Verena Martin, Bernadine Reaman, Alma Heitmeyer, Myra Altenberger and her twin, Clarene Brinkman; and three brothers, Lawrence Brinkman, Cornelius Brinkman and Leander Brinkman. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Rose Catholic Church. The Rev. William Rose will officiate. Burial will be in St. Barbara Cemetery, Cloverdale, Ohio. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, where a rosary service will be held at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita?s Hospice, 770 W.
