85, of Lima, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2016, at Baton Rouge Senior Health Facility in Lima.
Irene was born Thursday, September 18, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late George Schuster and the late Vernita Fritz Schuster, She was the wife of William Smith Jr.
She was known for her Christmas cookies.
Surviving are sons, William (Marilyn) Smith III, Leonard (Patti) Smith, daughters, Kelly Smith, Kimberly Smith, Holly (Keith) Smith-Sutherland, eight grandchildren, Meghan Smith, Dani Aalbertsberg, Justin Smith, Celeste Smith, Laim Smith, Madison Smith, Gary Horton, Aaron Horton, Three great granddaughters, Violet, Lillianna, Coraline.
