101, died at 1:01 PM on her birthday, Sunday, February 5, 2017, at Otterbein Cridersville Assisted Living in Cridersville, Ohio.

Isobel was born on February 5, 1916, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Earl Lawrence McCaslin, Sr. and Sarah Estella (Battles) McCaslin.

Isobel retired from Superior Metal Products (now American Trim) after 29 1/2 years. She was a member of: Westside United Methodist Church; Superior Metal Retirees; White Shrine of Jerusalem; Eastern Star; Westgate Neighborhood Association; and Senior Citizens.

She a "grandmother" is survived by one sister-in-law, Shirley H. McCaslin; numerous nieces & nephews, grand nieces and nephews, great grand nieces and nephews and great great grand nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by six brothers, Earl "J.R." McCaslin, Jr., Robert Franklin McCaslin, Loyal McCaslin, Logan McCaslin, Keith Vane McCaslin and Cloyce McCaslin,
four sisters, Wanda Woneta (Lowell) Herbst, Vivian Hope (Frank) Johnson, Shirley Marilyn (Robert) Sevitz and Beverly Louise Parrin; .

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral Service will begin at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH. Rev. William Cronk will officiate.

Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made to Westside United Methodist Church or a charity of ones choice.
