62, died at 3:50 PM on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Lima Memorial Health System in Lima, Ohio.

Jack was born on May 20, 1955, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Harvey W. Lesh and Virginia J.  (Woodworth) Lesh.

He worked at Buckeye Rubber of Lima for 30 plus years. He was a graduate of Elida High School class of 1974. He liked to fish and travel locally.

He is survived by sister, Kay Haas, of Sidney, OH, brother, Keith (Christine M.) Lesh,of Ada, OH, a; nieces and nephews, Steve Sanders, Cassie (Jake) Noe, Kimberly Renee Waller (Hunter), Kyle E. Lesh, Katlyn E. Lesh, Michael (Lisa) Lesh, Tammy Lesh,; great nephews and nieces, Connor Smith, Madelyn Noe, Natalie Noe, Austin Noe, Anna Lesh, Joey Lesh, Michael Lesh Jr.

He was preceded in death by a brother, John A. Lesh, nephew, Joshua Sanders and a brother-in-law, Marty Haas.

The family will receive friends from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 7:30 PM on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH.  Pastor John Butts will officiate.
