JAMES BRADY, 78, died at 1:31 p.m. December 10, 2004, at his residence. He was born August 29, 1926, in Philadelphia, to James and Hazel Boileau Brady, who preceded him in death. On August 16, 1947, he married Thelma M. Hoskins, who survives in Gomer. Mr. Brady retired as a color matcher in the printing field from Sinclair-Valentine and Kohl-Madden in Nashville, Tennessee. He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8422 in Tennessee and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 370. He was a Navy veteran, serving from October 8, 1943, to March 18, 1946. Survivors also include two sons, James Brady of Gomer, Ohio and Steven (Lori) Brady of Salem, Indiana; a daughter, Thelma J. (Donald) Wray of Gomer, Ohio; a brother, William Brady of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania; six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. There will be no services or visitation.
