James Deubler, 67, passed away at 10:43 a.m. on Friday, April 16, 2021, at Lima Memorial Health Systems.
James was born on July 25, 1953, in Lima, Ohio, to William & Beatrice (Johnson) Deubler, they are both deceased. He married Cathy (Eberle) Deubler, they have been together 36 years, who survives in Lima.
James served in the United States Marines. He was employed by the Lima City Schools and retired after 19 years. He also drove a truck for a few companies over the years. He loved to fish, was an Avid OSU basketball and football fan and also the Reds Baseball. He loved more than anything his boys.
Along with his wife, he is survived by his four boys, James (Tamara) Deubler Jr., Travis Deubler, Bryan Deubler and Charles (Kristina) Deubler; a granddaughter, Allysa Deubler; three sisters, Mary Lou Phillips Candie Ritchie, and Eith White.
He was also preceded in death by his sister Shirley Stemen
The family will receive friends from 12-3 P.M. on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The memorial service will follow at 3 P.M. Pastor Bill Turner will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
