48, died on Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at his residence in Lafayette, Ohio.
James was born on Friday, September 18, 1964, in Lima, Ohio.
Survivors include; his father, Clayton Wimer, Sr. ; three brothers, Clayton Wimer, Jr., Maurice Wimer and Keith (Mary) Horton; six sisters, Renelda (Terry) Holloway, Teresa (Jim) Bryan, Nelva (Mike) Sites, Darlene Ray, Karen Plumb and Laura (Mike McKinney) Hughes; several nieces and nephews; and his former wife, Lynette Myers-Horton.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rita D. (Crowe) Wimer and a sister, Lavonda Wimer.
Mr. Horton's desire was that no funeral services be held.
