James M Miller

James M. Miller, 67, died at 10:46 P.M. at St. Rita's Medical Center on January 8, 2015, in Lima, Ohio.
He was born in on September 23, 1947 in Lima, Ohio to the late Walter L. & J. Lenore (Kelley) Miller. He married Carol Armstrong on July 4, 1990. She survives in Lima, Ohio.
Jim was a proud graduate of The Ohio State University. He was the Associate Dean at The Ohio State University-Lima Campus. Throughout his professional career, Jim touched the lives of countless individuals. He was an avid fan of all OSU sporting activities. He served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, Elida, OH; Lima Eagles Aerie #370; Lima VFW Post #1275. He was a former board president for Crossroad Crisis Center.
He is survived by, two daughters, Shannon (Jarrod) Inskeep of Lima, OH and Deonna (Mike) Stevens of Pittsburg, PA; three sons, Mark Rudasill of Lima, OH, Doug (Jessica) Rudasill, of Delphos, OH and Scott Scalf of Delphos, OH; thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Elida from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Elida, OH at 6:00 P.M. Pastor Bruce Tumblin will be officiating.
