James E. Perry,

76, passed away at 7:05 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2015, at his Residence.

James was born on Wednesday, September 06, 1939, in Kayford, WV, to the late Ernest and Edith (Williams) Perry. On December 24, 1973 he married Marilyn (Parker). Who survives in Lima.

James retired from Milcor Corporation as a painter after twenty five years. He loved his coffee and was a fan of the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians. He cherished his daughter, granddaughter and great grandchildren.


He is survived by: daughter, Michelle (Kent) Caudill of Lima; one granddaughter, Kristen (fiancé Warren Moses) Melching of Cridersville; two great grandchildren, Bryson and Rilynn Melching and one brother, Charles (Elizabeth) Walk of Lima.

He is preceded in death by: brothers, Ivan, Vernon, Hayes, Frankie, Ernest, Lacey, Elmer and Earl Perry; sisters, Alice Perrnel and Janet Dickerson.

The family will receive friends Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 1:00 to 6:00 P.M. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio. Pastor Ed Jarrell will officiate. Interment will be in Montgomery Park Cemetery, London, WV.
