Jane Frances "Fran" (O'Boyle) Gelo,
87, of Lima, Ohio died on Sunday, January 6, 2013, at 1:50 P.M. at Springview Manor Nursing Home in Lima, Ohio.
Born April 14, 1925 in Lima, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late James & Augusta O'Connor.
On May 9, 1946 she married James H. Gelo. He preceded her in death on April 12, 1977. She was the manager of the State Store and had also worked at Gregg's Department Store. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church.

(Gary) Loudenback of Anderson, IN; sixteen grandchildren, Erin (Rob) Merry of Sheboygan, WI, Brian (Alicia) Finn of New Albany, OH, Patrick (Amber Lawrence) Finn of Columbus, OH, David (Maureen) Gelo of Columbus, OH, Megan (Rob) Green of Columbus, OH, Christopher (Amanda) Loudenback of Pendelton, IN, Timothy Loudenback of Anderson, IN, Andrew Loudenback of Anderson, IN, Jennifer Loudenback of Anderson, IN, Josh (Erica) Gelo of Barnum, MN, Tonya (Jason McDonald) Gelo of Barnum, MN, Steve (Becky) Colgan of Elida, OH, Andrea (Josh) Peters of Spencerville, OH, Amy (John) Solomon of Elida, OH and Brian (Beth Ann) Reeder of Elida, OH; twenty-four great grandchildren; a sister, Louise Nolte of Lima, OH; sister-in-law Janet Althoff of Lima, OH
She was preceded in death by daughter, Marilyn Gelo; a grandson Tony Gelo; sister, Mary Owens; a daughter-in-law, Bonnie Gelo.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, January 11, 2013, at St. Rose Catholic Church, Lima, Ohio, 222 S. West St., Lima, Ohio.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Friday at St. Rose Catholic Church with Rev. J. Norbert Howe officiating.
Interment will be in Gethsemani Cemetery, Lima, OH.
