Jane Sunderhaus,
81, she went to be with the Lord, surrounded by her loving family, at 3:55 PM on Thursday, February 06, 2014, at Shawnee Manor Nursing Home in Lima, Ohio.
Jane was born on April 01, 1932, in Columbus Grove, Ohio, to Harold V. Stalter and Mabel (Mumea) Stalter.
On July 28, 1951 she married Edward H. Sunderhaus, he survives in Lima. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of St. Gerard Catholic Church. She loved going to garage sales, auctions and had a real passion for antiques.
She is survived by: a son Mark Sunderhaus, of Santa Maria, CA,; daughter Robin (Todd) Taylor, of Cincinnati, OH, daughter Susanna (Richard) Chess, of Lima, OH, daughter Mary (Joseph) Burg, of Lima, OH, daughter Sara Leifheit, of Toledo, OH, daughter-in-law Pam Sunderhaus, of Atlanta, GA; nineteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; a brother William Stalter of Columbus, OH.
She was preceded in death by: a son Kim Sunderhaus, a grandson, Joey Burg and a brother, Richard Stalter.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at St. Gerard Catholic Church with Father Jim Szobonya officiating.
Interment will be in Gethsemani Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
