Jean Feison

JEAN J. FEISON, 87, died at 4:12 p.m. January 4, 2006, at St. Rita's Medical Center. She was born October 6, 1918, in Hymera, Indiana, to Elmer and Mable Hale, who preceded her in death. On December 21, 1948, she married John Feison, who survives in Lima, Ohio. Mrs. Feison had been a long distance operator for United Telephone Co. for 20 years. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Lima, and where she was a member of its Altar Rosary Society and funeral dinner committee. She was a member of American Legion Post 96 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 370 and a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1275 Auxiliary. Survivors also include several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and -nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Billy Joe Hale; and a sister, Nellie Hale. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John Catholic Church, Lima. The Rev. David Ritchie will officiate. Burial will be in Gethsemani Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, where a wake service will be held at 4 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Masses.
