She is survived by: two sons, Tim Flavin and Dale Flavin, of Columbus, OH; three grandchildren Shawn, Jason and Ashley; brother, Richard Guider; and a sister, Janice (Bill) Wright.
She was preceded in death by: a son, Thomas Flavin; and a brother-in-law -Bill Wright.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, May 02, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 03, 2014 at St. Gerard Catholic Church. Father Mike Houston will officiate.
Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
