Jeffrey Rahrig

Jeffrey Rahrig, 64, passed away at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 21, 2019, at his home.

Jeffrey was born on Sunday, July 25, 1954, in Lima, Ohio to Robert Rahrig who survives and the late  Juanita (Sakemiller) Rahrig.  On Saturday, October 1, 1977, he married Catherine (Ohns) Rahrig, who preceded him in death.

Jeffrey was a member of St. Gerard Catholic Church and retired from the City of Lima, as a communication operator for the Lima Police Department.  He was a huge fan of Lima Central Catholic and Notre Dame sports.

He is survived by a son, Mark Rahrig of Lima, a daughter, Megan (Todd) Bacome of Gahanna, Ohio, grandchildren: Alivea Rahrig, Journie Rahrig, Aeva Bacome, Maria Bacome.

He was preceded in death by his wife, mother, and son, Andrew Rahrig.

A Celebration of Life will be held February 16, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Eagles #370, Lima, Ohio.
