Several hours old, died at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He is survived by: mother, Jennifer Alexander of Lima and father, Andre Chitman of Lima; sisters, Ariyana and Mikylah; brothers, Todd Jr., and Tandre; maternal grandfather, Roy Alexander of Lima; paternal grandfather, Kevin Chitman of Lima and paternal grandmother, Cheryl Lawson of Lima.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Teresa Alexander.
There will be no visitation or services.
