Jessie Neeper age 97 years passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home August 31, 2017 at 11:31 A.M. Born February 3, 1920 to William and Mary (Bell) Craig in Larkhall, Scotland. On April 3, 1946 in Worcester, England she married Ralph B. Neeper. Along with her parents and husband she was predeceased by brothers Joseph, Charles, George, and Bill.
Survivors include 2 daughters Mary Elizabeth (Randy Garman) Lotz and Kathleen Diane Fleischmann both of Lima, 6 grandchildren William T. (Jodi Stopher) Lotz of Cridersville, Aileen R. (Anthony Turman) Carr of Elida, Jerry W. (Krissi Johns) Lotz of St. Marys, Diane Jennings, Robert A. (Kellie Roy) Fleischmann, Joseph A. Fleischmann all of Lima, 16 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren. Per Jessie's request, there will be no public visitation or services. As were her wishes, her cremains will be returned to Scotland following a celebration of life gathering to be announced at a later date.
