Jo Ann Jimenez

Jo Ann Jimenez, 79, of Lima, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 1:50AM at St. Rita's Hospice Inpatient Unit in Lima.
Jo Ann was born on May 18, 1937 in Putnam County, Ohio to the late Jean and Marguerite {Sheidler} Morgret. She was also preceded in death by her brother John Morgret.
She is survived by her children Laura (Donald) Smith, Jeannie Jimenez, Donna Guerra, and Michael Jimenez, former husband and father of her children Fernando Jimenez, grandchildren Acacia Luster and Marissa Guerra, great-grandchildren Chalise Bankston, Marquis' Bankston, Azaria Luster, and Jehovah Luster, great-great-grandchildren Nylah Houston, Zyair Houston, Marquis Bankston Jr., Samyiah Bankston, Javion Johnson, and Rilynn Johnson, brothers Bruce (Dale) Morgret, Lewis (Diane) Morgret, and Paul (Duff) Morgret, and sisters Sara (Tom) Rayman and Kathy Morgret.
She will be greatly missed and was greatly loved by all who knew her.
Jo Ann had worked for St. Rita's Medical Center for 25 years followed by New Vision for 5 years. She enjoyed traveling and going out to eat. She also liked doing puzzles and reading.
Her family will receive friends on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 2:00PM-4:00PM and 5:00PM-8:00PM at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.
A funeral service will begin at 10:00AM on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the funeral home.
Burial of ashes will be at Harman Cemetery in Putnam County at a later date.
