Joan Dingledine, 76, died at 5:22 a.m. January 18, 2009, at Lima Memorial Health System. She was born October 27, 1932, in Lima, Ohio to Oscar and Eva Burgner Ward, who preceded her in death. On September 25, 1953, she married Morris Dingledine, who survives in Lima, Ohio. Mrs. Dingledine retired from housekeeping at the Lima Baptist Temple. She was a member of the Lima Baptist Temple and its Master Builders Class. Survivors also include two sons, Mark (Cindy) Dingledine and Ward Dingledine, both of Lima, Ohio; a daughter, Lee Ann Dingledine, of Paulding, Ohio; a brother, Carl (Barbara) Ward, of Lima, Ohio; two grandchildren, Jessica Marie Dingledine, of Wapakoneta, Ohio, and Mark David Dingledine II, of Lima, Ohio; two step grandchildren, Cherie (Eric) Swinehart, of Dayton, Ohio, and Celia Conner, of Lima, Ohio; and two great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Plaugher and Isabel Wilson, of Lima, Ohio. She was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Ward; and three sisters, Cora Lee ?Marie? McLoughlin, Margaret Simmons and Barbara Gudakunst. Services will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lima Baptist Temple. Pastor Gary Homan will officiate. Entombment will be in Memorial Park Mausoleum, Lima, Ohio. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
