62, died at 10:04 AM on Monday, April 29, 2019, at his residence in Lima, Ohio.

John was born on June 24, 1956, in Hicksville, New York, to late Adam Malon  and Mary  (Martarello) Malon.

In his younger days he was easy going.

He is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Scott) Prine, of Hilliard, OH, and Meagan Renee Paseka, of Convoy, OH, one brother, Robert "Bob" (Cheryl) Malon; five grandchildren, Alex Prine, Nathan Prine, Emiley Paseka, Ethan Paseka and Carlee Paseka.

A graveside service will begin at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Greenlawn Cemetery, Elida, Ohio.
