LIMA- John Perry, 90 of Lima, Ohio died Wednesday, Sept 27, 2017 at Elmcroft of Lima.
He was born February 20, 1927 in Ivel, Kentucky to John and Minnie (Smith) Perry. On June 14, 1946
he married Roxie (Patrick) Perry who preceded him in death on October 24, 2013.
John served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a SEABEE.
John retired from the Ohio Steel Foundry after 44 years in Maintenance.
He is survived by his son Eddie (Sheila) Perry, three grandchildren, Lindy (Craig) Whitson, Ryan (Sarah DeGroff) Perry and Nicholas (Megan Gast) Perry and five great grandchildren, Grant, Nora, Olivia, Jameson and Allison.
Services will be held at the Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum on Friday, September 29th at 3:00 pm. Family and friends are invited to attend. Pastor Shane Crites will be officiating.
