Joseph Lepo, our beloved father, at ninety-three years old passed away unexpectedly, yet "gifted", peacefully. He has left behind a legacy of promoting individualism, purposeful living and giving, and civic and community pride and commitment. For a span of sixty-eight years, starting at a point of military service during World War II, and traversing through various magazine and newspaper editorships and publishing and public relation positions throughout the United States. He spent many years as the American Mall Manager and Public Relations Director for Cafaro Development in Lima, Ohio. He utilized this position to be his conduit to serve his "community". The list of organizations, civic and public events and fund drives he either created, initiated or sponsored would be very numerous, thus he was always bestowed an "honorary membership". Joseph Lepo served his "Family", his community. His reward would be to carry-on his torch.....
