91, died at 4:30 AM on Monday, February 15, 2016, at Springview Manor Nursing Home in Lima, Ohio.
Juanita was born on July 14, 1924, in Delphos, Ohio, to the late Roscoe Shumaker and Albina (Kiggins]) Shumaker. On Tuesday, December 24, 1940, in Newport, Kentucky, she married Delmore Clouse, who is deceased.
She was a ward secretary at Lima Memorial Health Systems. She was a member of the Church of God, in Ohio City.
She is survived by one daughter, Carol Linser of Lima; four grandchildren, Jennifer (Keith) Hardesty, of Celina, Brenda Linser of Lima, Darin (Stacy)Johnson of Germantown, IL and Diana Hughes of Breese IL; two sisters, Susie Korngiver of W.V. and Delores Minear of W.V, a brother David (Judy) Shumaker of VA; seven great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Phyllis Johnson, a son-in-law John Johnson, one sister, Margaret Redd; four brothers, Robert , Charles , Bill and Donny Shumaker.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 on Saturday February 20, 2016 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A memorial service will begin at 3:00 P.M. Pastor Dave Treat will officiate.
A private interment of the ashes will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
