Julie Ann Starkey

Julie Ann Starkey (Malloy), 59, of Lima, Ohio, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2023.

Julie was born on January 14, 1964 to John (“Jack”) A. Malloy and Venora Jean Malloy in Lima, Ohio. She grew up with 3 loving brothers, John, Mike and Tom.

After Julie graduated from Shawnee High School in 1982, she worked for USA Today Newspaper, Koneta Rubber Company and Green Acres, but her favorite position was with the John Robert Powers modeling agency where she was surrounded by her passions. Julie lit up any room she entered with her joyfulness and beauty. We will miss her greatly.

Julie was preceded in death by her mother, father and brother Mike. She is survived by brothers John Malloy (Victoria Malloy), Thomas Malloy and three children Lauren Holbrook (Brandon Holbrook), Mallory Starkey, Austin Starkey and three grandchildren, Cailyn (15), Jaxson (9), and Aubriella (1).
