70 of Columbus, Ohio died on Friday, August 3, 2012, at 10:22 p.m.at her residence in Columbus, Ohio.
Born Thursday, January 22, 1942 in Lima, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Glenn Allen and Helen (Moorman) Allen.
Kathleen married John N. Hunsaker on July 30, 1959. He survives in Columbus, Ohio. She had worked for Baker Veterinarian Hospital as an Veterinarian Assistant and also Fisher Cheese. She was a member of the Calvary Holiness Church in Columbus, Ohio. She was a missionary in the Turks and Caicos Islands, BWI. She loved being a pastor's wife, being a missionary and loved serving the Lord with all of her heart.
Surviving are: two sons, Keith (Michele) Hunsaker of Wapakoneta, OH and Cary (Robin) Hunsaker of Delaware, OH; three daughters, Sherrie (Darren) Smith of Cardington, OH,, Jonna (Kelly) Sells of Donaldsville, OH and Merrill (Alex) Powell of London, England; eighteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren; three brothers, David (Linda) Allen of San Antonio, TX, John (Kerry) Allen of Lima, OH and Greg (Barb) Allen of Lima, OH; sister, Beverly (Steve) Scheid of Granger, IN.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Maria Hunsaker, and brother, Terry Allen.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home and Wednesday, August 8, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. before the service.
Funeral service will be on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with Rev. Billy McCoy officiating
Interment will be in Ward Cemetery, Lima, OH.
