Kathryn "Kitty" Lusk,

92, passed away at 3:25 AM on Sunday, March 20, 2016, at Lima Convalescent Home, Lima.

Kathryn was born on April 9, 1923, in Columbus Grove to Maynard and Evamae Frost who preceded her in death. On April 13, 1947, she married Harry R. Lusk who passed away July 13, 2001.

She was a 1941 graduate of Columbus Grove High School. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. As a Master Gardener, she was a charter member of the Moonlighters Garden Club, and longtime volunteer for the Johnny Appleseed Park District. She loved music, being with her friends, playing cards, traveling and walking. As former members of the American Volksport Association, she and her husband walked many miles throughout the country. She was a member of the Lima Lioness Club and the local Red Hats. She had worked at Westinghouse and in various retail establishments throughout the Lima area.

Survivors include: daughters, Sharon Curl, Lima and Carol (Keith) Cunningham, Lima; grandchildren, Stacey Ustian, New York, NY, Nicholas Stayonovich, Lima, Aaron Cunningham, Lima and Joshua Cunningham, Taos, NM; five great grandchildren; brother, Charles Jack (Barbara) Frost, Findlay; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by: son-in-law, Larry Allen Curl, Sr.

Friends may call 4 to 8 PM on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.

A funeral service will begin at 10 AM on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima. Pastor Rick Randell will officiate. Interment will be in Truro Cemetery, Columbus Grove.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Johnny Appleseed Metro Park District or the Childrens' Garden at the Allen County Museum.
