Kenneth Nartker

Kenneth Ralph "Ken" Nartker, 56, died at 11:58 a.m. July 8, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center, surrounded by his family. He was born Aug. 3, 1951, in Lima to Virgil R. and Lucille Brickner Nartker, who preceded him in death. Mr. Nartker was a truck driver. He was a member of Orioles Nest 173. He enjoyed playing golf and pool. He loved the Cleveland Browns and NASCAR. Survivors include a brother, Daniel (Deborah) Nartker, of Lima; two sisters, Sandra (Tom) McMeans, of Houston, Texas, and Constance (Andrew) Rode, of Elida; and several nieces and a nephew. Services will begin at 8 p.m. Thursday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Herb Wilker will officiate. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until time of services Thursday at the funeral home.
