Kevin Koogler

Kevin Scott Koogler 40, died at 6:07 p.m. February 8, 2010, at St. Rita?s Medical Center. He was born May 29, 1969, in Lima, Ohio to Kenneth and Rosaline ?Roz? Butcher Koogler, who survive in Vaughnsville, Ohio. Mr. Koogler attended Wapakoneta schools for 11 years and was a 1988 graduate of Elida High School. He worked at the YMCA when he was a teenager. Survivors also include three sisters, Kimberly Koogler, of Lima, Ohio, Kendra (Mike) Erwin, of Columbus, Ohio, and Kayla Koogler, of Lima, Ohio; a brother, Tony (Vera) Miller, of Fort Jennings, Ohio; his fianc?e, Jessica Cleveland, of Lima, Ohio; a stepson, Matt Cleveland, of Lima, Ohio; a niece, Kristal Erwin; and a nephew, James Erwin. He was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Lynn Koogler. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. The Rev. Mark Boyer will officiate. Burial will be in Lewis Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
