Kimberly Burden

Kimberly Burden, 57, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023, at her home in Lima.

Kim was born on December 8, 1965 in Lima, Ohio, to Harvey E. and Vinetty (Williams) Perkins.  On July 31, 2002 she married Kenneth Burden, who survives in Lima.

Kim was a supervisor at P & G.  She enjoyed watching golf and the races.  She also enjoyed gardening and Florida Gator football.  She was a good hearted and very thoughtful gift giver.

In addition to her spouse and mother, she is survived by her son, Kolton (Lydia Dominguez) Waughtel; grandchild, Aaron Waughtel; and siblings: Harvey (Nancy) Perkins, Jim (Becky) Perkins, Kelly (Michelle) Raye Perkins, and Jodie Perkins,.

She was preceded in death by her father; sister, Joyce Perkins; and brother, Danny Perkins.

The family will receive friends from 12 – 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.  A funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m.  Rev. Brandon Wireman will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
