Kyle Hunlock

KYLE L. HUNLOCK, 22, died at 8:30 p.m. June 22, 2006, at Medical University of Ohio Hospital. He was born October 28, 1983, in Lima to Carl and Dianna Hadding Hunlock, who survive. On July 30, 2005, in Lima, he married Kara Wierman, who survives in Toledo. Mr. Hunlock worked as an environmental intern at Haz Corp. He also worked for UPS in Toledo and for Master Mowers Landscape in Lima. He completed his education in May at the University of Toledo and was serving his internship in environmental studies. He was a 2002 graduate of Bath high School, where he was a member of the football, swimming, baseball and track teams. He was a member of the National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His senior year; he was captain of the football team and homecoming king. He played the Cowardly Lion in the 2001 production of ?The Wizard of Oz.? In college, he was an exchange student to the University of Hertfordshire in England for his junior year. While there, he played footaball and baseball. He worked on campus at the Ele House. He attended Northpark Community Church while growing up. He also attended South Side Christian Church and Grace Baptist Church in Lima, Ohio. Survivors also include a sister, Kristi (Tony) Hensley of Lima, Ohio; his father and mother-in-law, Kevin and Janet Wierman of Lima Ohio; a brother-in-law, Ben Wierman of Lima, Ohio two nephews, Hunter and Hale Hensley, both of Lima, Ohio; paternal grandfather, Howard Hunlock of Naples, Florida; and his maternal grandparents, Ralph and Val Hadding of Lima, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Susan Hunlock. Services will begin at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday at First Church of God at the Crossroads. The Revs. Ken Love, Doug Adams, Matthew Oliver and Eric Stevenson will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
