LARRY P. MORGAN, 70, died at 11:25 p.m. December 10, 2005, at St. Rita's Medical Center. He was born January 27, 1935, in Chicago to Wilson and Bernice Berg Morgan, who preceded him in death. On July 21, 1956, he married Mary Lou Ruth, who survives. Mr. Morgan retired in 1994 as a front line supervisor from BP, after 39 years. He was a member of New Creation Lutheran Church. He was a member and had served as a governor, trustee and on the ritual team for the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 199. He was a member of Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 54 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 370. He was an Army National Guard veteran, serving 13 years. He loved woodworking, his family, his grandchildren and his canine companion, Missy. Survivors include two sons, Michael (Lynn) Morgan of Powell, Ohio and Matt (Lisa) Morgan of Lima, Ohio; three grandchildren, Caitlin Morgan, Gage Morgan and Kellie Morgan; and a daughter-in-law, Sue Morgan of Cincinnati, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a son, Phillip Keith Morgan. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastor Samuel Payne will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
