LAWRENCE R. ?Buck? MUSGRAVE, 79, died at 7:01 a.m. on June 30, 2010, at his residence near Elida, Ohio. He was born April 30, 1931, in Rimer, Ohio, to Clarence and Cecil Bushong Musgrave, who have pre-ceded him in death. On December 26, 1964, he married Helen Osborn, who died October 18, 2009. Mr. Musgrave was the owner and operator of Musgrave Drilling Co. for more than 40 years. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the Marine Corps from March 7, 1952, to March 6, 1954. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Canada Creek Ranch Club in Michigan. He enjoyed snowmobiling, fishing and spending time with friends and family. Survivors include a son, Mark Musgrave, of Elida, Ohio; two grand-children, Scott Musgrave and Ryan Musgrave; and a sister, Alice Jones, of Columbus Grove, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Musgrave; and a brother, Dale Musgrave. Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 3, 2010, at Chamber-lain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio. Wanda Werking will officiate. Burial will be in Pike Run Cemetery, Gomer, Ohio.
