Levauda J. "Lee" Frankhouser,
85 died at 10:49 A.M. on November 13, 2016 at her residence.
She was born May 13, 1931 in Allen County to Orville C. and Mildred E. (Ingleove) Sandy, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Frankhouser retired after 32 years from O.D.O.T. She was a member of the Sugar Creek church of the Brethren. She was a member of the Eagles Aerie #370. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, gardening and knitting.
Survivors include two sons, Douglas Prowant of Lima and Jeffrey Prowant of San Diego, CA; two sisters, Joan (Murry) Wallace of Sun City, AZ. and Jackie Rissen of GA; one grandson, Charles Prowant of Lima.
She was preceded in death by a brother William Sandy, one sister June A. Fruchey, and brother-in-law Darrell Rissen.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
