Lillian Elizabeth Miller

Lillian Elizabeth Miller, 87, passed away at 1:24 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at her residence in Muncie, IN.

Lillian was born on Wednesday, September 16, 1931, in Clintwood, VA, to the late Silas James and Lou (Swindall) McFall.  On Saturday, December 4, 1954, she married Joseph Miller, who preceded her in death November 4, 2007.

Lillian was a cook at Biggies Coast to Coast Restaurant.  She was also a homemaker.  She was well known for her pies, rum-balls, fruitcakes, and handmade quilts.

She is survived by three daughters: Cathy Zimmerman of Muncie, IN, Sandra Miller-Parsons of Garden City, MI, and Pamela (Dean) Edwards of Lima, step-son:  Kenny (Bonnie) Miller, Jim (Gloria) Miller, step-daughter Angelia (Robert) Kuhn,  grandchildren: Travis Parsons, Stephanie (Jason) Patchet, and Daniel (Sarah) Edwards, step-grandchildren Linda, Lisa, Lana, Debbie, great-grandchild Zoey Patchet, and a sister Georgia Perkins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son-in-law, Kenley Zimmerman, grandchildren: Ronald Joseph Miller-Halbgewoks, sisters: Opal McFall, Miriam Willis, Janet Meade, and Merle Layne,  brothers: George McFall, James McFall, John McFall, Gerald McFall, and twin brothers, Tollie and Holiday McFall,

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 14, 2019 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.   A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Monday.  Pastor Dave Burkhart will be officiating. Burial will follow at Cairo East Cemetery, Cairo, Ohio.
