67, died at 7:38 PM on Friday, May 17, 2013, at Promedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.
Linda J. was born on August 18, 1945, in Ottawa, Ohio, to the late Paul Moening and Bernice [Aerni] Moening.
Linda married Erin Hennon on January 16, 1965. He survives in Toledo, Ohio. She was a 1963 graduate of Ottawa High School; a homemaker, a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and sister. She was a woman of faith and proud to be a child of God. She was also a supporter of numerous charities including Lima Rescue Mission, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, and Billy Graham Ministries.
She is survived by: three daughters, Dena (Matt) Robinson, Westerville, OH, Tonya "Toni" (Jeff) Martin, Wilmette, IL, Jennie (Nick) Berkley, Alexandria, KY; a brother, Robert (Doreen) Moening, Delta, OH; four grandchildren - Kennedy, Jake, Crew, and Gus. She was preceded in death by her beloved black lab, "Rocket".
The family will receive friends from 11:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at the Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with Pastor Beth Giller officiating.
Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
