Liza A. Jenkins-Sackinger
48, died at 3:40 AM on Sunday, August 17, 2014, at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Liza was born on August 2, 1966, in Fremont, Ohio, to Michael A. Jenkins and Theresa L. (Placie) Jenkins. They both survive.

Liza married Dan Sackinger on October 5, 1985. He survives in Waynesfield. She was a homemaker. She attended Immanuel United Methodist Church, in Elida.

She is survived by: three sons, Kyle (Michael Ley) Sackinger, of Lima, OH, Cody (Heather) Sackinger, of Waynesfield, OH, and Cole Sackinger, of Waynesfield, OH; a daughter, Katalina Sackinger of Waynesfield, OH; two brothers, Toby (Linda) Jenkins, of Elida, OH, and Caeleb Jenkins, of Sylvania, OH; paternal grandfather, Von Jenkins, of VA; and maternal grandmother, Vanciene Placie, of Lima, OH.

She was preceded in death by: a paternal grandmother, Mary Jenkins, and maternal grandfather, Robert Placie; a father & mother-in-law, Michael & Barbara Sackinger.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio and 1 hour prior to service on Thursday, August 21, 2014.

A funeral service will begin at 11:00 A.M.on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Elida, Ohio. Dr. Thomas Brown will officiate.

Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
