56, passed away peacefully  at 5:08 AM on Sunday, August 26, 2018, at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

Lori Anne was born on March 17, 1962, in Lima, Ohio, to Darrel  Huffer  and Patti  Laranaga, they survive.  On January 20, 2010, she married Nick Faccenda, her best friend of twenty years who survives in Lima.

Lori was a homemaker. She loved to cook and host family gatherings, play lottery tickets, make people laugh and spend time with her grandkids.

She is survived by her children Courtney (Shawn) Lopez, of Elida, Candice (James) Hearn, of Lima, Cameron (Malena) Stalnaker, of Lima; stepson, Tyler Faccenda, of Columbus, stepson, Kyle Faccenda, of Lima, stepdaughter, Camie Stalnaker, of Lima; grandchildren, Landyn, Lakyn, and Cadyn Lopez, Jagger Hearn, Emmit Stalnaker, and Mason Cotter. She is also survived by her siblings;  Jeff Huffer, Rick (Crystal) Huffer, Angie (Chad) Hornig, and Rob Martello; sister-in-law, Jamie (Gene) Lauck, a brother-in-law, David (Randy Fox) Faccenda, and a sister-in-law, Jodi (Terry) Conley; mother-in-law Judy Stumbaugh of Lima, along with several nieces and nephews and her dog “Bandit”.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Vernon & Charlotte Liston, two brothers-in-law, Eric Faccenda, and Tony Faccenda.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A graveside service will begin at 1:30 PM on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.  Scott Worsham will officiate.
