Louise B. Callahan, 91, died at 6:20 a.m. June 22, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center. She was born April 22, 1917, in Lima, Ohio to Louis and Caroline Ungruhn Danner, who preceded her in death. On September 2, 1940, she married Clair A. Callahan, who died July 25, 1968. Mrs. Callahan retired in 1993 as owner and operator of the Dublin Caf?, for 28 years. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church. She was a graduate of St. Rose High School and had attended St. Rose schools for 12 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survivors include two daughters, Kathleen C. Clum and Barbara Hackworth, both of Lima, Ohio; two grandchildren, Jeffery (Stacey) Higgins, of Bowling Green, Ohio, and Jason Clum, of Lima, Ohio; two great-grandchildren, Chloe and Calla Higgins; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Danner; and a sister, Elizabeth Danner. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Rose Catholic Church. The Rev. Thomas Lacey will officiate. Burial will be in Gethsemani Cemetery.
