LOWELL M. "DOC" KROCK, 77, died at 5:45 a.m. January 6, 2005, in Lima, Ohio. He was born September 16, 1927, in Hardin County, Ohio to Carl and Ethel Koons Krock, who preceded him in death. On February 15, 1948, he married Norma Flowers, who survives in Lima, Ohio. Mr. Krock retired from Super Food, Huntsville, Ohio. He was also a farmer and had been a route salesman for Omar and Nickles Bakery. He worked part-time at Lombardo's. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1275. He was an Army veteran serving from December 28, 1945, to June 6, 1947. Survivors also include two sons, Michael Joe (Lisa) Krock of Cridersville, Ohio and Jeff Krock of Lima, Ohio; two daughters, Jackie (Kurt) Dulnig of Salem, Virginia, and Tracey (Troy) Mudgett of Highland Ranch, Colorado; a brother, Joe (Emma) Krock of Kenton, Ohio; two sisters, Phyllis "Tillie" Oates of Kenton, Ohio and Rosella "Susie" (Lewis) Holtzberger of West Mansfield, Ohio; and 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Devyn and Erin Mudgett. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Brother Earl Fisher will officiate.
