a beautiful baby girl, weighing 6lbs. 1oz. and 19 1/2 inches long, was stillborn at 5:58 AM on Tuesday, September 03, 2013, at Lima Memorial Health System, Lima, Ohio.
Lydia Clare Snyder Belousek was stillborn to Darrin W. Snyder Belousek and Paula J. Snyder Belousek, who both survive in Lima.
She was survived by her: brother, Liam Snyder Belousek; paternal grandparents, Terry and Marilyn Belousek, of Chatsworth, IL; maternal grandparents, Paul and Marian Snyder, of Waterloo Ontario Canada; uncle, Jeff (Tree) Johnson; uncle, Mark (Lorri) Johnson; aunt, Kari (Richard Sieminski) Snyder; uncle, Chris Snyder; cousin, Heather (Joe) Paradis; cousin, Krystle (Rick) Paradis; cousin, Holly Johnson.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 07, 2013 at Salem Mennonite Church in Elida, Ohio.
A memorial service will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 07, 2013 at Salem Mennonite Church, Elida, Ohio. Pastor Wanda Stopher will officiate.
