Mandy Triplett

Mandy Triplett, 48, passed away at 4:45 a.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at her home in Lima surrounded by her loving family.  Mandy was born on August 13, 1972, in Lima, Ohio, to Roger Smith and Sandy (Triplett) Goff.

Mandy enjoyed shopping, camping, and gambling.  She enjoyed playing pranks on everyone and she loved spending time with her family; especially her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed decorating her yard for the holidays.

She is survived by her lifelong companion, Keith Richards; children: Justin Triplett, Brittany (Joshua) Glenn, Emma Richards, Kylie Richards and Elijah Mayberry-Davis; bonus kid, Caleb Johnson; grandchildren: Malaki Lane, Malea Glenn and London Rex; father, Roger Smith; step-dad, Jeff Sworgen sister, Tonya (Mike) Walter; brother, Steve (Sarah) Goff; step-sister, Bonnie Dunn; brother-in-laws, Chris Richards & Gary (Barbara) Snow; sister-in-law, Dessie Szklany; caregiver and cousin, Roger Triplett; two nieces and one nephew; and furbaby, Princess.  She was preceded in death by her mother.

The family will receive friends from 4 – 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.   The funeral service will follow at 6 p.m.   Pastor Arnold Wright will officiate.
