Manly A. Johnson

82, died at 1:15 AM on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at Burton's Ridge Assisted Living in Lima, Ohio.

Manly was born on September 8, 1935, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Ollie M. Johnson and Margurite  (Ricard) Johnson.  On February 22, 1957, he married Brenda Carole (Loomis) Johnson who survives in Lima

Mr. Johnson was the retired Owner & Operator of the M.A. Johnson Construction.  He was a member of the Shawnee Alliance Church and active in TV 44. He taught Bible studies at Burton Ridge and his life passion was witnessing for Christ.

He is survived by his children, Randy Johnson, Todd (Tami) Johnson, and  Laura "Lori" Black, all of Lima, OH; eleven grandchildren, Jeremiah Johnson, Isaiah (Heather) Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Heather Johnson, Daniel (Janelle) Johnson, Michael Johnson, Luke Johnson, Jason (Gina) Black, Christy Black, Matt Black, and Erin (Jonas) Lasenby; 17 great grandchildren.

Friends may call on March 19, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 1p.m. followed by a service at 1:00 P.M. at the Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.

Pastor Richard Jueckstock will officiate.

Entombment will be in Woodlawn Mausoleum, Lima, Ohio.
