Margaret L. "Peggy" Burget

83, died at 4:56 PM on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio.
Margaret was born on December 4, 1932, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Jeffrey Hatton and Rhoda (Shenk) Hatton.

Margaret married Richard W. Burget on June 10, 1951 who survives. She had been married to Fredrick V. Whitehead whom she married on February 22, 1980 he is deceased. She was a graduate of Elida High School in 1951 and also graduated from Fredrick's Beauty Academy. She had worked in the small motor division at Westinghouse Elec. Corp, was a Sergeant with Pickerton Security and retired from Stolly Corporation, Sidney, Ohio in May of 1996. She was a member of the First Church of God, Lima. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved bowling, billiards, NASCAR, country music, picture puzzles, Tiger Woods Golf and her little dog "Co-Co"

She is survived by two daughters, Debra Kay (David) Morgan, of Findlay, OH and Tamara B. (Dan) Walker, of Wapakoneta, OH; two sons, Brian Burget, of Wapakoneta, OH and Shawn E. Burget, of Lima, OH; three grandchildren, April (Gary) Bates, Melanie (Jason) Martin, and Jason Daniel Walker; five great grandchildren, Alex La Marr, Jenna Wentling, Tyler Wentling, Brandt Martin and Brynn Martin; one brother, William W. (Sofia) Hatton, of San Diego, CA; three nieces, Leslie Salazar, Heide Hatton, San Diego and Rebecca Hatton; one nephew, William Hatton Jr., all of San Diego.

There will be a private funeral service. Pastor Mark Baur will officiate.

Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.

God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "Come to me". A golden heart stopped beating hard working hands now rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best. Sadly missed by family.
